Privacy Policy

This starter policy is provided for launch preparation and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before paid traffic or public launch.

Information We Collect

When you request a wellness call, we may collect the information you submit through the form, including your name, phone number, email address, zip code, preferred call time, and consent to be contacted. If you complete the protocol quiz and then submit an inquiry, your quiz answers or resulting wellness protocol bucket may also be included with that inquiry so a specialist can prepare for follow-up.

The optional protocol quiz includes safety questions. If you answer them, your answers may indicate health-related information about you, such as whether you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or another implanted device, have epilepsy, have broken skin, or are currently under a doctor's care. These answers are sent with your inquiry and are used only so a specialist can tell you whether a session is safe for you. You can submit the form without taking the quiz.

Apart from those safety questions, please do not send us medical records, emergency information, payment or financial details, or government identifiers. The form does not ask for them and we have no need for them.

We also record the technical context of the submission: the IP address it came from, your browser's user agent string, the page you submitted from, and the date and time.

Your submission is emailed to our inbox at info@getbiofrequency.com, which forwards to the Saint Medical Group operational inbox that handles follow-up calls. A backup copy of each inquiry is also written to a file on our web host so that an inquiry is not lost if the email fails.

How We Use Information

That is the whole list. We do not add you to a marketing list, send you newsletters or promotions you did not ask for, sell or rent your information, use it for advertising or retargeting, or share it with anyone beyond what is described below.

Hosting, Logs, and Service Providers

Our website host and related service providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, date and time of access, and basic server logs. These records help operate and protect the website.

We use Hostinger for website hosting, email delivery, and storage of the backup inquiry file. They process this information only to provide those services to us. We do not currently use a CRM, marketing platform, analytics service, or advertising network.

Sharing and Sale of Personal Information

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. Your inquiry is shared with Saint Medical Group, which operates the follow-up calls with us, and with the service providers named above. We may also disclose information where required by law or legal process, or to protect the safety and security of our site and the people involved.

Retention

We keep inquiry records for up to 24 months from the date you submit them, so that we can pick up a conversation you started and keep basic business records. After that we delete or de-identify them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.

Your Choices

You may ask us to tell you what we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, by emailing info@getbiofrequency.com. You do not need to use the inquiry form to make that request, and asking does not sign you up for anything. We may need to verify your identity before we act on a request.

Children's Privacy

This website is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children through the lead form.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards for a small lead-generation website. No website or electronic transmission is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site, form process, service providers, or compliance requirements change. The date above shows the latest version.
